A program I purchased online last October when I started doing photo manipulations for about 75 dollars. It does basic photo editing but the feature I use the most is the advanced retouching options. With it I can selectively recolor, lighten/darken, clone or merge two images into one: "all the good stuff . Photo shop does all the same plus more. I just like the layout of Helicon better when fine tuning a manipulation.
